     Welcome to Strive4 Academy Trust

Welcome to Strive4 Academy Trust. This is a trust established in September 2017 and one that was founded to make a difference to children's lives; enabling all schools, and children and staff within them, to strive to be the very best they can be. Every day is an opportunity to be better than the last; knowing that the future is being shaped.

Ray Lodge Primary School, an outstanding school in the London Borough of Redbridge, is the lead school and was joined by its partner school, Farnham Green Primary in September 2017. Over the past 6 years, Ray Lodge has worked with a number of schools within Redbridge and beyond, supporting  schools in many areas such as teaching and learning, data and assessment, pastoral systems and pupil premium; it has a proven track record of excellence in school improvement and development and is known for its culture where ambition and aspiration is at the heart of all that it does.

Currently there are two schools in the Trust -  two outward facing, successful primary schools (serving over 1300 children) - and we have plans to grow each year. We are as ambitious for the staff as we are for the pupils who are in our schools; we strive for excellence in all we do; we make every second count and every moment matter.

I am proud to be the CEO of Strive4 Academy Trust and am excited to watch it grow into a 'family' of schools that will further enhance and develop the  individual schools within it. It’s an exciting time and, as a Trust, we plan to be innovative, creative and committed to working together to ensure that every child can fulfil their potential in each of our schools.
