Vision and Aims

Strive4 aims to deliver school to school improvement and exceptional learning experiences for both children and staff. Its aim is to develop a ‘family’ of schools where communities are striving for excellence; knowing that every day is a day to be even better than the day before, where going that extra mile for all the children is part of the fabric. Strive4 is passionate that all children are able to achieve; it challenges the myths that only some can. The Trust believes, that in terms of learning, every second counts.

With extensive school reform and proven excellence, Strive4 aims to develop a family of schools united by common values and the moral compulsion to give pupils the very best education. They aim also to help struggling schools to improve their provision, help good schools to become great and to offer outstanding education to all, whether from disadvantaged or deprived communities or where mobility is high. The drive is the moral compulsion to share the approach to sustained school improvement for the benefit of children and their communities. Strive4 believes in providing stimulating and exciting educational experiences, and Strive4 provides this through high quality teaching, through a dynamic curriculum and through the ‘Pledge’. Each child will benefit from experiences that will excite, motivate and inspire them before they move on to secondary school.
