We are always delighted to meet with Chairs of Governors and leaders from other schools who are interested in what we can offer, and perhaps in joining Strive4 Academy Trust.

The Trust was granted sponsor status in Autumn 2017 and has been privileged to have others join as sponsored academies to support their ambition to become great schools, putting pupils at the heart. We are very happy to act as sponsors to further schools. We are also keen to discuss membership with schools aiming to move from requires improvement to good, and from good to outstanding. We would like to work with partner schools that have the capacity to contribute immediately to improvement work under the auspices of Strive4 Academy Trust.

The decision to welcome any new schools is taken by Trustees on a case by case basis, through conversation and partnership – a process which leads directly to the identification of shared values and aims, of current strengths and of priorities for improvement. We can help with budget issues, to drive up standards, to retain great teachers and grow great leaders.
